Thesis project

Aim of my thesis project was to send avatar movement data to a server and then picking the data up in another software and measure how much data can be sent before movement starts to behave undesierably. This was done by using 2 x Unity and a node.js server. Secondary aims was to create it so that I can use movement tracking devices (like Rokoko suit or Zed -cameras) and send the movement remotely to another app. Also, figuring out a way to save the data so that longer animations can be recorded reasonably.

Ruisrock 2023 project

The Ruisrock project, where I was the project manager and a secondary coder, culminated in a fantastic festival weekend in ruisrock 2023.  In the Pose Fusion game, visitors got to test their knowledge in a quiz where the correct answer was chosen using quick movements and funny poses involving the whole body. In the Mocktail Master game, on the other hand, one could try their skills as a drink mixer, receiving both the recipe and direct feedback from the game's own bartender for the prepared mocktail. These were made by using unity, python, arduino board and ZED2i -camera.
